Advantech establishes new European customer care center

ESSEN, Germany — Advantech Europe has established a new European customer care center, according to a news release. The center is located at the Advantech Europe headquarters in Munich, Germany. This centralized point of contact and gateway into Advantech enables fast and efficient support and links customers with the right internal resources. The objective is to make it as easy as possible for customers to get in contact with Advantech and find a solution to their requests.
The customer care center covers general information on price and availability, product selection and recommendation, ordering Advantech literature and catalogs, commercial questions and support on Advantech’s Web-based services. Any contact to the Advantech global network easily can be established for customers to ensure their requests will be serviced quickly and by the correct contact person.
“This new service will bring Advantech closer to its customers and will be the eyes and ears to the market and its needsâ€, said Vivien Kupplmayr, European customer care center manager at Advantech. “We are looking forward to supporting our customers not only by offering them the right solution, but also by gathering their feedback to constantly improve our services and products."
This new customer-oriented and centralized organization supports strongly the GIE concept of Advantech and moves the services toward globally-linked efficiency, according to the release.
The Munich location offers support in English and German from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (CET) via international toll-free numbers, available to most European countries.
