Kiosks to simplify credit application process 04 Apr 2008
DALTON, Ga. — Shaw Industries Group and Versatile Systems Inc. have announced that they have partnered with CitiFinancial in order to simplify and streamline the credit application process for flooring retailers and consumers with an in-store kiosk.
Shaw is the first in the flooring industry to offer two different models of Versatile's kiosks, the Rockland and Madison. Shaw Design Center retailers will be the first to experience the kiosks at Synergy, the upcoming Shaw Design Center Convention which will be held from April 14-17, 2008 in Palm Coast, Fla. Following the convention, both Versatile's Rockland and Madison kiosks will be offered to all Shaw Flooring Alliance retailers.
Small and compact, the Versatile kiosk occupies only a small section of showroom real estate. Consumers approach the kiosk, apply on the touchscreen and receive an instant response. Retailers can personalize the kiosk by adding photographs, store history or any other information.
