European Digital Signage Show launches alongside Self Service Expo Europe 08 Feb 2008 LONDON — KioskCom has announced the launch of The European Digital Signage Show, which will premiere alongside the 2008 KioskCom Self Service Expo Europe. The European Digital Signage Show will take place on October 1 – 2, 2008, at Olympia 2 in London.
KioskCom draws on more than 12 years of experience in putting on successful events in the United States, where the show takes place twice a year in Las Vegas and New York. The event was brought to Europe in 2006 with huge success. Now in its third year, the show has grown significantly in both size and attendance. Each year it has seen increases on every key performance level, and it will have more than 100 exhibiting companies this year.
"Digital signage has always been a core element of the KioskCom Europe show," said the show’s event director, Phil Hunter. "Each year we have seen more and more exhibitors displaying digital signage solutions; some companies displaying them as separate product lines to their current kiosk and self-service solutions, some companies focusing solely on digital signage. It makes a lot of sense when you consider that we deliver a large number of attendees who state that one of their top areas of interest is digital signage.
"That is why it makes perfect sense to take advantage of those buyers we already deliver and launch The European Digital Signage Show alongside our existing event.
