1. Please describe your company’s primary product or service.
 
P3 Services specializes in on-site services throughout the United States and Canada. These services include, but are not limited to, site surveys, installation, deployments, roll-outs, preventative maintenance and repair. Our services are utilized by all different types of retail operations, governments and private companies.
 
2. What makes your company unique?
 
P3 is unique in that we do not compromise when it comes to qualified, customer oriented, on-site technical services. Our company ethics are second to none. In addition, P3 offers a workmanship warranty for 30 days from the date of service.
 
3. What is your marketing philosophy for the self-service industry?
 
P3’s philosophy is to get our foot in the door by handling a service call. After this, our service will speak for itself. 
 
4. What other business sectors do you operate in?
 
P3 Services specializes in kiosk service in any type of application. We also service other electronic equipment such as display devices, printers, servers, computers and custom electronic equipment requiring training of our technical personnel.
 
5. Give a brief history of the company.
 
P3 Services LLC was founded by three brothers as a result of the need for on-site services catering more specifically to the kiosk industry. In addition, the industry needed a reliable, qualified service provider capable of carrying out service with integrity and the ultimate customer service. Backed with many years of experience in technical services, P3 set out to change on-site services.
 
6. Why did you join Self Service & Kiosk Association?
 
P3 joined the SSKA as one method to stay abreast of the rapidly changing and developing industry. The SSKA mentors communications with all those involved in the self-service world and this is important in establishing industry wide best practices as well as fostering long term relationships.
 
7. What do you like about our industry? What are some of the challenges?
 
The fact this industry is new is very exciting. The creative applications currently being deployed as well as those yet to be developed are very interesting and will certainly change how consumers buy items or services as well as change how they are informed. To be part of such a change is exciting.
 
One of the biggest challenges is the fact that it is rapidly developing and staying abreast of the industry takes a concentrated effort.
 
8. What does the future hold for your company’s success in the self-service industry?
 
Since our inception, P3 has been involved with the self-service industry by the way of providing on site services and roll-out management expertise. We have grown consistently through our commitment to customer satisfaction and true fairness and honesty. Our future in the self-service industry is very promising and we expect to be a real driving force in raising on site expectations.
