1. Please describe your company’s primary product or services.
Symstream provides fast, secure, cost-effective worldwide wireless solutions which allows the deployment of ATMs and EFTPOS devices into new locations that simply have not been possible, due to the lack of either wireline infrastructure or the prohibitive costs of using satellite or other forms of data communication.
2. What makes your company unique?
Symstream Technologies is a company which provides the only communications technology available today for ATM and EFTPOS devices to be deployed virtually anywhere in the world, without having to build or fund new network infrastructure. All other existing communications technologies are limited by the reach or coverage of the relevant network infrastructure which is required to deliver the particular communications technology.
Symstream has no such limitation because it utilizes the GSM or in the future the CDMA voice channel, which is exactly the same for all GSM/CDMA networks that are in operation today in every country throughout the globe.
The Symstream solution also provides the ATM/EFPOS marketplace with a Service Level Agreement currently not possible with other wireless solutions, as well as an extremely low transaction cost and very short data event time. The transaction is in most cases comparable to the transaction time of a dedicated leased line.
3. What is your marketing philosophy for the kiosk industry?
Symstream is the only premium wireless technology for financial service with unmatched security features, high availability and wide coverage. When catering to customer’s needs, Symstream communicates with business relevance, offering business opportunities on top of technology offering.

While the current technology being used by ATMs and EFTPOS worldwide has served the financial transactions market well, further enhancements of Symstream are being developed to cater for the needs of the new generation of multimedia ATMs and POS terminals as well as other data intensive applications.
These new enhancements include the next ground breaking technology from Symstream which is called “Symstream Multi Channel Technology.â€
By utilizing multiple virtual channels dynamically for uplink and downlink access, Symstream MC is able to achieve higher data throughputs together with the security and hassle free customer experience that only Symstream technology provides.
