Our primary business is providing complete turn-key solutions for the digital signage and interactive kiosk industries. With our Digital Associate product line, we are able to offer you completely customizable applications that allow your business to connect to any audience. With no overseas development, we can offer quality manufacturing and get it in your hands – and in front of your customers – fast. We can provide financing, installation and maintenance services all across North America.
2. What makes your company unique?
With our in-house engineers, development and manufacturing, we can fully customize our hardware and software quickly to respond to customer and/or market demands. We’ve been there since the beginning. Since 1997, our team of skilled and dedicated associates has brought extensive experience in technology, media and advertising together – and it shows in the exceptional quality of everything we do.

5. Give a brief history of the company.
Incorporated in 1997, AVI began as an OEM Electronics Design and Manufacturing firm in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. In 1999, high demand for interactive POS products launched another division focusing on interactive point of sale electronics and subsequent kiosk division. In 2002, AVI launched another division specializing in digital signage and has remained an industry leader ever since. In 2004, AVI opened its Scottsdale, Arizona location to better serve the growing US market with an R&D, sales and distribution channel.
6. Why did you join Self Service & Kiosk Association?
Simply, to become a member and participant of the fastest growing industry. It will also provide additional sales and marketing channels and serve as a valuable resource for company communications.
7. What do you like about our industry? What are some of the challenges?
Specifically, the fast growth and demand for innovative ideas and solutions. The biggest challenge in the industry is the ability for the customer to cut through all the clutter of an overwhelming amount of new companies and products that have sprung up over the last 2 years.
8. What does the future hold for your company’s success in the self-service industry?
