Douglas has committed Enhance to provide leading edge products for the kiosk and ATM market place. Those include the RAP, a remote access power supply both AC and DC which are remotely rebootable via Ethernet, modem or 3G mobile. The RAP eliminates up to 95% of service calls required for down state kiosks and ATMs.
